Beautiful campsite. A stunning ridge of red rock on the east and west sides made for great sunsets and sunrises. Didn't use the rain fly on the tent so we could watch the stars. My granddaughter loved playing in the stream near our camp, which could be heard at night. If you swim in the lake, you might want to bring water shoes -- a little rocky for my tender feet. I'd happily camp there again.

We loved this campground. Not any shade where we were but wide open, beautiful views. Right next to the lake where you can get your feet wet to cool off, or walk up to the waterfall which is stunning! Very close proximity to Moab and everything the area has to offer. We will be back!

The new reservation system was great. Speaking with the camp host they said it was a trial and may not be back next year. I hope this isn’t the case as having a reservation and knowing you have a spot on arrival was wonderful.
Otherwise the campground was generally clean and relatively quiet as every other time I have visited over the last ten years. The toilets were kept clean and well stocked. It would be awesome to have running potable water on site, but that’s obviously something that’s likely to never happen, which is ok since the nearby Shell station as well as the Maverick in Moab both offer free potable water for filling your camper or jugs etc.

Great campsites that are nicely spaced out, restrooms were clean, and it's only about a 10-15 min drive into Moab. The water in the lake was a little low this year, but we still love staying here.

Campsite was great. Easy to find, surrounding area and bathrooms were clean. There wasn't ANY shade, which wasn't an issue at the end of March when we were there, but might be a factor during the summer. Easy to get to Moab and Arches NP

We arrived at Ken's Lake after dark and took advantage of the signage to navigate to our reserved space (#32). The site had a nice long drive and lots of level space near the picnic table and fire circle. The campsites were spread out and this space felt private when other spaces were occupied. The site was windy as there was limited protection by trees, but we woke to a beautiful view of the red ridges around us. Overall, the space was as described and the park was well maintained. The vault toilets and trash bins nearby were clean and well-maintained. Trails near the river were nearby and hikers reported enjoying them (we'll go next time). We will return to Ken's Lake on our next trip to Moab.
