Policies & Rules

Vehicles & parking

  • No pit bikes or mini bikes allowed. Riders under 18 can only use motorcycles, ATVs, and OHVs to access trails. Speed limit is 10 mph.
  • Vehicles must be parked to allow walking space without stepping on RR ties or landscaping. Damaging RR ties will incur extra charges.

Fires & fuel

  • Only propane fires and grills are allowed; no wood or charcoal fires. Music cannot be played outside.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and stay within graveled areas. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and all guests should remain within park boundaries. Avoid playing in gullies or digging.

Site types & loops

  • Hammocks, tent camping, and portable toilet tents are not allowed. Avoid walking through campsites.

Safety & rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Guests should retract awnings and secure items due to potential high winds.

Cancellation policy

  • A $25 cancellation fee applies, plus credit card and booking fees, up to 7 days before your stay. Cancellations within 7 days will lose the deposit.

Fees & deposits

  • Additional vehicles and trailers are charged $10 per vehicle per day and must park in the designated area.

  • -SHOWERS & SWIMMING POOL are available at Moab Recreation Center in Moab

  • Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All guests assume full responsibility for releases, waivers and discharges, and agree to indemnify Seven Mile Park, LLC and its directors, officers, and agents of any property damage, including, but not limited to, theft, fire, flood, loss, claim, liability, damage or cost, whether due to negligence or otherwise, while in, around or upon the areas associated with Seven Mile Park, LLC and to abide by all Park rules and regulations. Please pay before entering. Non-payment violators/trespassers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
