What Guests Are Saying

Warner Lake offers a breathtaking location with beautiful aspen groves and abundant wildlife, including deer and elk, making it a picturesque camping destination. The campground is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience despite some concerns about road accessibility and the lack of amenities like electricity and running water in cabins. While the roads can be challenging, particularly for larger vehicles, many visitors express a desire to return and recommend the site for its natural beauty and tranquility.

This was our favourite campground in 4 week camping trip. We loved how secluded it was and how cool it was at night. All the reasons you shouldn’t go: long drive on dirt road, no flush toilets, no running water, no cellular coverage and popular group campsite. And still we loved it.

Way off the beaten path, but it abdolutely served its purpose. It was beautiful and cool at night, while Arches and Moab were still in the 80s and 90s.

Great trip as always. Camp hosts are fantastic. Logistics are a little tough with no water pump and no fires. Campground very clean and beautiful. Biting flies this year were new and it was hotter than in years past. Mtn bike trails were fantastic like the fishing.

After an amazing drive, of which were not anticipating, but thoroughly enjoyed, we found our beautiful campsite. Nestled in an aspen forest. Beautiful and quiet.

Really cool spot, clean cabin. Beautiful views and lots of activities right from the door step.
No water drinking or even washing. So get your own water.
Has stove and even a propane heater just in case.
Pls clean the place before you leave, no rangers do cleaning so if you don't clean the next person comes to a messy place.

Cute rustic cabin with stove & basic kitchen equipment already there. Was surprised that the mattresses aren't vinyl, like most hostel/overnight camp cabins I have been to in the past. I don't have particularly high standards, but was frankly a little disconcerted by the large stains on the standard household mattresses that didn't even have proper encasements over them I feel like in the woods.....maybe vinyl is the way to go!

Beautiful setting. Lake was stocked and we were able to catch a lot of fish. Some of the campsites are definitely better than others.
