Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Guests must be self-sufficient in parking their RVs.

Fees & deposits

  • Long-term guests must keep a card on file and pay invoices immediately. Unpaid invoices may lead to eviction.
  • Guests staying 28 days or more are charged for electricity used, plus a $5 admin fee.

Safety & rules

  • No smoking, pets, or vaping in buildings; violations incur a $500 fee.
  • Smoking is prohibited on or near the coffee shop patio.
  • Use the community dumpster for daily trash; no excessive personal items allowed.
  • Parents are responsible for their children's behavior during their stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their visitors; all visitors must be registered with management.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; be respectful of noise and maintain a clean campground.
  • Free WiFi is provided; misuse is prohibited.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings; management can refuse service.

  • Cancellations incur a $25 fee; notice periods vary based on reservation length and type.

  • Coin-operated laundry is available; guests must clean lint traps after use.

Pets

  • Pets allowed with a $0.50 fee; must be leashed except in the dog park, and waste must be cleaned up.
