What Guests Are Saying
Granite Flat in American Fork Canyon is a beautiful campground, well-maintained with friendly camp hosts who provide helpful service. It offers a great location near Tibble Fork and Silver Lake, making it ideal for outdoor activities and family enjoyment. While weekends can be noisy due to nearby ATV trails, visiting during the week provides a more peaceful experience.

Beautiful campground. I appreciated that there weren't many loud bikes around (like other campgrounds have gotten). Bathrooms were pretty well taken care of.

Cheryl was an amazing campground host! She was welcoming and helped us out tremendously with odd and end things.
We had the bear in our campsite when we were up there - Cheryl was gone during this time- so we had to go to another host to report the bear- I feel the experience with reporting would have been a bit more smooth with Cheryl, but none the less the bear was caught and relocated :)

My reservation was cancelled due to a bear being in the campground. I requested a refund and the request was denied.

The Canyon was closed because of the nearby fire and the canyon was so quiet and peaceful!

Very surprised we couldn't get a refund despite a fire in the canyon. While the campground was still open, we still had health and safety concerns with smoke and firefighting activity in the canyon. Unfortunately the campground cares more about money than people's safety.
