Granite Flat in American Fork Canyon is a beautiful campground, well-maintained with friendly camp hosts who provide helpful service. It offers a great location near Tibble Fork and Silver Lake, making it ideal for outdoor activities and family enjoyment. Such a beautiful campground! I just didn’t appreciate our site being right next to the camp hosts who ran their generator from 6 am-10pm. It was so loud we couldn’t have a normal conversation. And one morning another neighbor was blasting music. I realize all the noise was outside the quiet hours. I had just hoped our trip to the woods would be more peaceful!

Great camp spot! Secluded area. Couldn’t see or hear our neighbors. Clarke, our camp host was the BEST! Super helpful and yet not pesty.

I love granite flats! It is so beautiful and I love being away from it all. We had aite 15 I think. It was perfect for two small tents and felt tucked away with how the trees surrounded us. And it was nice to have a short drive to the reservoir where we enjoyed walking around.

This campground was great! Our family enjoyed staying here, it is quite large too. We personally enjoyed being in the lower loop more than the upper loops, the lower loop seems less cramped. The only negative thing is that the bathrooms are very stinky, we could smell it throughout our stay any time the wind picked up. And it was all the bathrooms, not just one by us. HOWEVER, the bathrooms are super clean and kept up on! The camp hosts were very nice and informative. We will definitely come back!
