Campsite is great and nice access to hikes and the reservoir. Camp hosts didn’t seem to enforce some of the rules like keeping dogs on leashes, quiet hours and no music, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, probably not the best spot.

Campsite 018 was very shady and the driveway was almost completely level when positioning out 30 foot trailer on the far right side. No leveling was needed and it stayed cool throughout the day. Our truck and one other car fit in front of the trailer. Our only complaint was the neighboring campsite (it was directly below us - I think it was 08) climbed up and put hammocks along our campsite and let their dogs and kids run around near us as well. Luckily it was only for one day. The restrooms and extra parking were close if needed, but far enough away that there were no smells.

We had so much fun! We stayed on site 58 and it was so fun to be off the road near the creek. Despite it being windy our site was somehow sheltered a bit! Tibble fork was close and so fun to paddleboard on. I loved that we had great cell service at the campsite. Toilets were clean and smelled lemony which was nice. There was water spigots which was unexpected but nice to have. Campsite was clean. Great level spot for our tent.

My family and I had a great time. There are lots of things to do around the area!
We stayed in site #22 for tent camping. There was a great spot of our 10 person tent. There are quite a bit of stairs to get to the site but it was nice to only have one site next to us. I will say it look like not all sites are created equal. They are close together and lots of group sites. If you’re looking for peace and quiet probably not going to get it here. We were able to hear the little river that runs through the area when it was quiet enough. There are some really fun trails nearby and even one at the beginning of the campground. The site is close to the Mt. Timpanogo. We did the cave tour and that hike is no joke! The campsite is very close to Tibble reservoir. Alpine Loop was a pretty drive but very tight and I don’t think I would take that route again. The baths are vault toilets but well maintained! The mosquitos ate us alive so bring all the bug repellent!

Site 40 is the best site in the park. In the 12 years I have been camping there. I rarely see the opportunity to research this site makes me wonder if there is a manipulation to the system that keeps this site always reserved.
