What Guests Are Saying
Granite Flat in American Fork Canyon is a beautiful campground, well-maintained with friendly camp hosts who provide helpful service. It offers a great location near Tibble Fork and Silver Lake, making it ideal for outdoor activities and family enjoyment. While weekends can be noisy due to nearby ATV trails, visiting during the week provides a more peaceful experience.

This is our third time staying at Granite Flats. Our campground should have never had people there due to a massive stagnant pool of water and a insane amount of mosquitoes. We spent half a day and had to leave because it was so bad. Also the camp host wasn't super friendly. Having said that, i will go back but not early in the year. There needs to be a better system in place for determining if a spot can even be rented.

Very nice well kept camp ground located in the pine trees. You may want to find a campsite at the end of a loop so as to minimize the amount of traffic that continually drives by. Also find a spot away from the main road coming up the canyon or you will hear loud 4 wheelers coming up the road all day long as they travel to another lake higher up.

We enjoyed camping here. There was plenty of room for our tent and it was nice to have a picnic table to use. We got to park our car right next to our site and there were bathrooms and a water spigot nearby.
