What Guests Are Saying

Little Creek Campground offers a peaceful and beautiful setting, ideal for stargazing, with small but cozy sites and a nice group area. While the campground has a single pit toilet that can become unsanitary, the facilities are generally clean, and water is available for campers. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, and upgrades are planned to improve the experience further.

Campground itself is great. Spaces are a little small but to be expected in a national park. Biggest issue is the bathroom. There is only one pit toilet for the entire loop of the campground. The toilet was empty when we got there and after 10 days the toilet was completely full and was very unsanitary.

A very quiet and dark (star gazing) campground. Sites are a bit overgrown with weeds and the campground water didn’t work. Bathrooms were new and clean.

🙂 it was a beautiful campground with only seven small sites, but we were the only ones there. There are no hook ups, but there is water. You can fill your tanks with great quiet, peaceful loved it.

Group site was nice for our group of 20 people. Lots of parking for trailers, places for tents. Pavilion is nice and has a grill where you can cook out of the sun/rain. However, restroom was filled with bags of someone else's trash and there was no toilet paper. Phone numbers posted in the campground were disconnected.

Nice campground to explore the area at a reasonable price. Pit toilets and water available. We used the state park at Bear Lake to dump our tanks and dispose of trash. Site 8 was best for our 33’ fvr. Other sites had issues with front to back slope that was an issue. Park service told us they are planning upgrades soon. It is at about 6,000 feet and open to the west where we dealt with prevailing winds. Enjoyed walking the BLM dirt roads and we explored Fossil Butte and the Cache Mountains. We like this type of camping but it is not for everyone or the unprepared.

The site was already taken by the time we reached. It was late.

Quiet and easy to get to. Water wasn’t turned on. Also sites are laid with rocks so make sure you have adequate padding if you use a tent.
