What Guests Are Saying

Tanners Flat offers a beautiful and scenic campground, especially near the river, making it a favorite for families and nature lovers. The campground host is consistently praised for being helpful and welcoming. However, guests should be aware of the lack of water and flushing toilets, with only porta-potties available, which has disappointed some visitors.

The campground is beautiful! We especially love the sites along the river. The bathrooms are closed and there are just porta-potties. The outhouse closer to our site was pretty rundown.

Campground Host was kind and helpful. Water and plumbing would be good. I remember when there was both. Love location and creek. 😎

The website stated that the there were flushing toilettes and water spicket near the restroom. We planned on using a small amount of water and were very disappointed until we asked the camp host. The host was amazing, he shared 5 gallons of water with us and we were able to proceed with our activity.

Beautiful and safe campground. Been visiting for many years. Love being so close to the river! We miss the flush toilets - the portapotties are well maintained!!

We had a great time. I'm grateful that it was posted there was no water and the bathrooms are porta-potties so we could be prepared.

We love this campground and have been coming here for years. But we still don’t understand why the bathrooms haven’t been fixed after 2-3 years. And there was no water in the emergency pumps, which was concerning. Besides that, love the campground and the proximity to everything.
