Stayed at the Watchman Campground. Great experience, it certainly was hot but there were enough trees spread out that shade was available. The views are amazing when you wake up in the morning and before the sun heats everything up, it's cool enough to sit around and enjoy that first cup of coffee.
The bathroom facilities were adequate but there were a few foreign tourists taking baths in the sinks (I can understand the need for hygiene but there are other ways to keep yourself clean)....
Water was available at the bathroom pavilions and overall I'd rate it a 5/5.

Beautiful weather! We found a relatively large tent campsite with a lot of distance from the other tent campers. Few dogs and giant RVs, so the stay was quiet and relaxed. Excellent views of both canyon sides. Facilities/toilets in good shape, and water and dishwashing sink were close at hand. Also very easy to bike or walk to visitor center buses and services. Would definitely stay again.

Great site. Nice shade. Bathrooms were clean & it was nice to have a shuttle stop right at the campground. Sooooo many people at Zion these days, so start your day super early to avoid the crowds.

Nice, clean CG with a super friendly host. We explored the park with bikes and the CG was an ideal place to start the trip.

Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed camping here. The positives were the incredible views all around, the very convenient location for walking to the visitor center/shuttle, and a clean restroom close by with water and a dishwashing sink. The downsides were the lack of shade, how close the campsites are to one another, and the noise on Saturday night coming from a bar right on the other side of the visitor center in Springdale (amplified DJ music outside until past 10).

The campsites are very close to each other, but the beautiful views help overlook this somewhat. The area is clean and well-maintained. It's very convenient to cross the street and visit the visitor center, park store, or catch a shuttle.

Amazing time staying at this campground in Zion. Lots of space for the tent picnic table, storage box, Bar basics bathroom with no showers. People are respectful and quiet at night for the most part. I would definitely stay here again. Might get a little hot in July, but our site.
