Maplewoods Campground

Check-in was awesome. I was so blessed getting a campsite. It was the last night that the campsite would be open. They had a potluck, raffle, campfire / bonfire, music and dancing afterwards. If it wasn't that I lived in South Texas and was up here for work I would come here every weekend to camp.

What a wonderful place. Great little playground for kids, easy place to bike around. The pool area was great. We camped in a “prime” spot and it didn’t disappoint.

The service was friendly and helpful.

Location is spot on for those who like to hike, and visit local tourist spots.

We absolutely love going to Maplewoods Campground in Johnson Vermont. The sites are a nice size. The campground is quiet. They allow dogs. The pool is great. And the ice cream is great as well. The view is beautiful. And the people who own and run the campground couldn't be nicer. We have always had a nice time there and will go back for sure.

We toured this campground after reading a great review. We thought it was perfect for us so passed it along to my sister too. We both are now booked for several days on our 1st stay. It was quiet the weekday that we toured the grounds. Bathrooms were clean and campground was well maintained. Some tree sites and some open. FHU sites. Robin the owner was super friendly. The views are fantastic of the mountains from one advantage point. We are looking forward to our future stay. It is rural Vt, with a covered bridge near by, a general store, we even found a nice antique shop and plenty of natural beauty.

Lovely little campground in a beautiful woodland setting. Driving up the hill to the small wooden cabin with the rv’s was such an adorable sight. Our lot was spacious with not a lot of other RVs nearby. The laundry room was neat and clean.

Very pleasant park situated among beautiful trees, we came just in time to watch the trees slowly turn bright red. So beautiful.
