The bathhouses were filthy when we first arrived. They were cleaned during our stay but it still could have been much better.

Longwood has the BEST check-in attendants.
they took such good care of our group of 20 or so. One of the reasons why we keep returning to Longwood Park is the attendants there. On a very busy Memorial Day weekend with the park full and lots of work they took the time to check in our group and make sure we were doing ok even asking about my boat which had mechanical problems. Thanks so much for all you do.

Gal at office was very welcoming and helpful. Loved Site 30. Once night came we were also welcomed by thousands of mosquitoes which ironically none of us were bitten by so sadly our thermacell didn’t help much. No cell signal. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back.

The weather was awful. Very windy and cold. So windy we did not even put the boat in the water. This was just a bad week for fishing and boating. We did have a lot of time to relax but went home a day early. It’s always nice to get away and not have anything pressing us to do. Maybe next time we will have better weather, God willing!

I gave 3 stars because we booked 2 tent sites and one of them was RV site so we couldn't assemble our tent there. We had to setup 3 tents in one site. However it was large enough for setting up 3 sites. Having on site Electric and Water hookup is great we had lights and cooler on whole night. Most of the washrooms were a bit disgusting since they were standalone ones but the site had shower area which had full washrooms. Overall we liked it.

Love this campground. Two suggestions need more electrical sites 😁 and dog park would be nice. One of favorite campgrounds just hard to get reservations anymore ☹️

Our trip to Longwood Park was wonderful. Great fishing. This site is very spacious and great for boat. We had our kayaks. Shoreline a too little rocky but we made it work. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of hot water. Not our first trip and won't be our last.
