Really good for RV camping. Not as good for tent camping. We were in a tent. In walking around the entire campground we saw very few sites that had a decent place, or even a big enough space that wasn't on a hill, for placing a tent. Fortunately, we had one of them. I had looked at a lot of sites on-line before selecting ours. It only sloped a little with a space large enough to put the tent (medium-sized) up. The bathrooms were ok and had separate shower rooms with exterior doors that could be used by either sex. We had a short walk to ours, but that wasn't true for all the loops. Again, I had checked that on-line. It was a very quiet campground with friendly campers. There were good hiking trails that left from the campground and nearby Wilderness Rd. picnic area.

All facilities were great. Some sites are sloped so when they say bring blocks for leveling, they mean it.

Was an excellent trip for me and my wife. Car camping with a tent, and the site was perfect for us. Good spacing between sites so you don’t feel like you were on top of one another, and all the facilities in the campground were very clean and up to date. Will definitely return for future trips to the area. My wife and I were very pleased.
