Nice size sites that are well separated and have plenty of screening in between.

Stony Fork Campground is a serene and beautiful spot, surrounded by forest and featuring a clean creek with multiple bridges. Hosts Kim and Joe are praised for their friendliness and dedication to maintaining the campground. While the facilities, particularly the bathhouses, could use updates, the overall experience is enjoyable, emphasizing peace and nature, with many guests expressing their desire to return.

We were scheduled to stay one night however after setting up our fifth wheel the truck broke down. We didn't know how long repairs would take and others were scheduled for our spot in the park, Keith one of the camp hosts went out of his way to call future reservations to let them know of the situations and cleared our spot for two weeks. Thanks Keith!

This campground is a remote location but still about 10-15 mi from Wytheville [WITH-ville], population ~8k. :) There are only 40 some sites here on 1 loop. The bath houses were old but very well maintained. There are 2 trails accessed from the campground; a 1 mi nature trail & a 15 mi trail. The 15er, Seven Sisters, per AllTrails is strenuous. The sites are well spaced & very few have a view of another site. We were here for 5 nights & found the place to be absolutely delightful.

Lovely wooded campground with 30 Amp and water. Dump station located across the road.
The spots are well spaced, shaded and private. Plenty of room for our 38 ft Class A motorhome and our toad.
Right in the middle of the "Claw of the Dragon" for motorcycle enthusiasts. Very close to Walker lookout tower.
Climb to the top to see sweeping views of 5 states.
