My husband and I stayed here for one night only, and we'd love to go back for a longer stay next time. Its setting was perfect -- not too far off the highway, yet far enough to be very serene. The campground hosts were able to tell us where to buy wood (a quick drive) from a local gentleman. It was a good stop for us on our way to Shenandoah National Park.

The area was beautiful!!! There was no one to greet us and tell about the issues with the park. Once we found a ranger we were able to get water and the other information we needed.

Quiet campground with clean level pads and good shade. Seven Sisters trail is just right for mature explorers. Lots of interesting stuff within easy drive distance.
