The camp sites feel very private, with enough trees in between to help muffle some of the sounds, which is a great plus for a group like mine who tend to get a bit overly excited! Willow and Charlie are the sweetest people, and they made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

I booked two nights at the ‘French Quarter’ campsite here, and after visiting the premises, I decided to stay elsewhere. The reviews on here state how well taken care of they felt by the hosts, as well as all of the additional accommodations that they provided for their stay.
When I arrived, there was half a jug of water (not sure if it was potable or not? It wasn’t labeled) and two compost toilets, one of which wasn’t set up, so I was unsure why it was in the space.
The road down to the campsites could be maintained a little better, and pulling in/out of the spaces was a little tricky. The campsite itself felt clean enough, but not maintained.
I didn’t receive any info from the hosts other than the confirmation email, so I wasn’t sure what the check-in/out process was either. There is no cell service at this campground, which wasn’t mentioned on the website either, so in order to contact the hosts, you have to go elsewhere to get the service to. There was no one else on the premises at all, which made me feel uneasy. I didn’t know where I could/could not explore.
All in all, my reservation was non-refundable, and I reached out to the hosts to inform them that I wouldn’t be staying, and I didn’t hear back from them at all. I don’t know if the ownership changed, or that there was something else going on with the hosts, but this was certainly not the experience I was hoping for after reading all of the other rave reviews. Coming away from this experience, I definitely feel scammed :(

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Our hosts Willow and Charlie are the kindest souls with amazing stories and adventures. I could listen to Willow talk all day! They have an amazing story.
About a week before our arrival, Willow texted me all the weather details and some spots we should check out while we were in the area. We stayed at a campsite on Hummingbird Lane (which every site has it's own story on it's name and significance). Everything Willow and Charlie do for their guests is done with love and intention. It's hard to capture who they are in a Google review but they radiate love, friendliness and hospitality. They are passionate about what they do and were seriously the best hosts ever.
Our campsite was private and very comfortable. Provided by Willow and Charlie, our campsite had a few gallons of fresh water that was drinkable, matches, fire starter, firewood, and had a grate to cook our food over the fire included. Our campsite also had a pop-up tent with a toilet and toilet paper that they would clean, all to ourselves (seriously, what a treat since our other campsites along our roadtrip were just holes in the ground!)
I can't recommend Misty Willow's enough. If you stay here (and you DEFINITELY should), you will see exactly what I mean in this review. We will be back on our next WA adventure!

It was our first time there and we got lucky to secure last spot. Both Willow and Charlie are AMAZING hosts, not only the campground was super clean and well maintained, the private pod was very clean as well. Willow is thoughtful enough to provide two tiki torches with citronella oil as natural mosquito repellent, also with a box of campfire wood! They are so welcoming and friendly, location is quiet and tucked away, with that being said, there’s no reception at the campsite, so make sure you download offline map beforehand. We will definitely come back and stay longer!

We had a great time staying one night at Misty Willows. We’re just a crew of friends who wanted to explore the Olympic Peninsula for the weekend, and we are so happy we met Willow! She thinks of everything- leaving us a jug of water, firewood, and a very clean latrine.
I called ahead of time to clear up a date issue and ask about an accessible campsite. Willow was helpful and genuinely wished us a great journey.
I hope we’ll be back in the coming years - I want to see Willow’s dreams of expanding and renovating the space come true.
