What Guests Are Saying
Panther Creek Campground offers a clean and well-maintained environment with spacious, private sites and easy access to hiking trails and the beautiful creek. Many visitors enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, although some experienced noisy logging trucks early in the morning. While there were a few issues, such as a lack of water signage and fire bans, the friendly camp host and scenic surroundings make it a popular choice for campers seeking a serene outdoor experience.

This was my third visit to Panther Creek Campground. I always love the sites and how they are mostly spread out. We were in site 15. What was new was the log trucks at 4am barreling down the road behind our site. Thankfully, I had ear plugs. The creek on the other side of the campground was beautiful and cool since our trip was during a hot spell. Hoping the water pumps are repaired. We were alerted by email that it was out of commission and brought plenty of water. The camp host was not there Monday through Wed but all was well. Would come back but maybe to a different site.

This was s beautiful spot! Parking was ample for a large group. We were so close to the water that we could hear it! The bathrooms were clean.

I won’t be coming back during burn bans in the future. It really just depresses the whole experience.

We stayed Monday - Thursday and brought our 29ft bumper pull trailer. We were in site 15 (40 ft vehicle max) and had no problem fitting into the site. Minimum leveling needed. The sites are spread out and we could hardly see or hear anyone close by. The place was very quiet and little road noise, overall peaceful. The creek is pretty with a nice beach area to dip your feet. I would recommend if you are wanting to get away and disconnect.
No hookups, no cell service.

We always love Panther Creek. The campground is well maintained and the hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail is great. We love cooling off in the creek.

Campsites are well spaced out and shaded, offering a good amount of privacy from other sites. Bathrooms are pit toilets, but reasonably well maintained. We only found one water pump in the whole campground, so it's probably easiest to pack your own water.

Nice campground. The bathrooms were ok; didn't see the host around when we were here. Fire ring with a grate on top. Creek nearby, so sleeping was relaxing.

No service, which is fine just good to know up front. Beautiful area. Didn’t see any hiking trails nearby so we just walked our dog around the campground. We only stayed one night on the way home from a longer trip, but it was lovely and quiet.
