We really enjoyed our stay at the campground. Our side (S-23) was great and had adequate space for our large tent. Restrooms were clean, and when they needed attention due to an unfortunate event from a non-camper they were attended to quickly by the camp host. Hosts were very friendly.

We had almost the entire campground to ourselves so it was very nice. Bathrooms were very clean. We picked site 4 and had plenty of parking.

Very quiet. Friendly park host. Extra clean vault toilets. Been camping there for 60+ years; not much changes, thankfully.

Amazing campsite! Very secluded but access to some amazing exploring of the Mt Adams Wilderness area and the Gifford Pinchot Natl Forest. Basic vault toilets were clean and campsites super well maintained.

Our group enjoyed Site 21 very much. It is a "double" site and we had plenty of room for our big group. Sad that the creek had dried up already and it was only mid July. The bathrooms were super well maintained and cleaned out often. It was super quiet and the stars overhead were spectacular. There are lots of hiking trails nearby and Indian Heaven Wilderness is a short drive away. To get a better idea about how the campsites are situated, go to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest site online. The map of the campground and sites on Recreation.gov is not accurate. Be aware of squirrels, they're PIRATES and get into everything, including tents, even if you're sitting right there. They are BOLD, lol. Don't leave anything out. Seriously.

We had a great experience. Great campsite, shaded by huge trees. Bathrooms were kept clean and there were enough water spigots so we didn’t have to schlep far to get water. Not a ton of other campers there so it was really quiet. Except for the ravens! Would definitely come back.

This was a lovely campground that was very well maintained. The camp hosts were so kind and had great suggestions for local hikes and lakes! We loved our trip here and will definitely be back!

We loved our time here. Wonderful camp hosts, fun jaunts to the natural bridges and Guler Ice cave and NO mosquitoes in July. That part was shocking. We had a lovely swim at a nearby waterfalll on our way home. And we brought home heaps of huckleberries. All in all, a very fun jaunt.

Nice campground with spacious sites. Pit toilets were clean and not smelly. The campground host was very nice and easily available.
