What Guests Are Saying

Lake Creek Campground offers a charming and spacious setting near the Entiat River, with clean facilities and a relaxing ambiance enhanced by the sound of rushing water. While some campers experienced challenges with the payment system and bugs, the camp's well-maintained vault toilets and accessibility to water pumps were appreciated. Overall, the campground is ideal for those looking to disconnect in a picturesque environment, though visitors should prepare for limited cell service and potential wildlife encounters.

Beware - Google Maps only leads to Ranger Station in Entiat. Campground some 25 miles further out of town. Nice campground, hand pumped water, vault toilets (clean!).

This was such a cute spot! It was pretty spacious and had a great view of the river. The river is quite comforting at night, as you can hear the rushing water. This spot is right next to the water pump, which was pretty convenient. It is also close to the bathroom. We had two cars and two tents and felt comfortable. All in all, it was a solid spot. There were, of course, bugs and no service, but that is to be expected in camping.

Nice campground. Facilities kept clean. Campground is located near river up didn't see any easy access points. Layout is challenging with a large RV or camper.

We had Campsite 1, and it was *fantastic*! It was huge and right next to a cascading creek. We've stayed at several campgrounds in WA and this was the best drive up campsite. Campsite 2 looked large as well. The toilet was a pretty standard pit toilet. It didn't smell bad and there was no trash, but there were a ton of flies. We did an evening hike of Silver Falls and didn't see another person the whole time. I would come here again.

We booked online, but another camper came in and couldn't pay because the pay station was covered and only had a QR code. That's great, but there's no cell coverage at Lake Creek, so they couldn't use that method either. We heard 2 gun shots while we were there. These things are unusual at Lake Creek, as we normally really enjoy this campground.

Thought it was a very good campground even with the water bump turned off. The outhouse was very clean. The road was a bit tight in spots so definitely not the best for trailers and MH’s but we thought the campsites were well spaced and good sized. FYI, the campground is a good 45minutes off Hwy97.

Bring ‘strong’ deet mosquito repellent. We bring 2 types + 2 or 3 citronella candles. This park is my favorite. Not really great for kids because there’s not a lot of places for them to play. It’s very hilly and steep drop offs. This park is great for folks wanting to disconnect and recover. Also, the bathrooms and the garbage dumpster is far apart from most sites, so you might want to bring your own portables. There was no water available this weekend, so carry enough water for drinking, cooking, and washing dishes.
