Upper loop spots are small and tricky to back into. We have a 26’ tt and p/u truck. Nice campground overall

A large group of campers did not abide by the rules. Tents put up on the grass in the inside upper loop. Kid driving a 4-wheeler around the campground and across the grass and up the hill of the inside loop. Generators running until 1 am. Kids and adults riding e-bikes as fast as they can go. Park rangers came and went but violations continued.

My two-day stay at Spring Canyon Campground at Grand Coulee Dam was terrific. The site it easily accessible and clean and well attended. The restrooms are convenient, and the separate access road to the boat dock area means the campground is quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at Spring Canyon and highly recommend it for other campers!

Clean level site with a great view and lots of grass. Only 5 miles from the Grand Coulee Dam laser light show.

Overall good view and experience. Stayed in the upper loop, and there was little to no privacy from the other campers who were a bit loud. This Detracted from the gorgeous view and nature. It's fun you can go down to the water which is about a 5 min walk. Overall experience was decent but probably won't go again and go for something with more space between camps. Went on the 4th of July. Also the campsite said it can fit up to 10 people which is not true. You could maybe fit 2 tents, 3 if you really try.

We stayed here for one night and were very happy with our experience! Everything was very clean, the location was convenient, and it was a beautiful place to relax

The campsites were very close to each other, ours was on a slope so we weren't able to sleep comfortably and woke up with a sprain and quite noisy. However, the location was nice, very close to the lake and the dam so was easy to watch the laser show at night. Has a beach and a boat launch area, so good for water activity too!

Not a bad facility, nice staff. But... Kids everywhere on electric scooters, speeding not looking where they're going. A young man on a electric dirt bike going 40+in a 10 mph. The guy by us stuck his generator behind his rv, into the his neighbors's campsite and ran it all day and night.

Take State Highway 2 west of Spokane for 65 miles to the town of Wilbur, Washington. Turn north on State Highway 174 (follow road signs). Travel 19 miles and turn right at the sign for Spring Canyon Campground.
Spring Canyon Campground is accessible via State Highway 2, which is approximately 65 miles from Spokane, and State Highway 174, which connects to the campground from Wilbur.

Policies & Rules
General
- Dump/Fill Station onetime fee of $10 for campers with a reservation or $5 with Senior/Access pass. This is intended for visitors recreating in established campgrounds within the boundaries of Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area and not for residential use. Pay online prior to use at pay.gov/public/form/start/1575878640
- Flush toilets are available and water faucets turned on May 1st to September 30, weather permitting
- Campfires are not allowed in upper loop sites 32-78
- Pets are allowed but must be restrained at all times.
- No livestock.
- No off-road vehicles allowed. No off-road parking; park in designated areas only.
- No metal detectors or artifact collecting allowed
- Bring confirmation with you. Transfer the confirmation information onto the green slips located at the Fee Board as you enter the campground. Hang filled out tag at your site.
- Fires are permitted in the fire rings year-round, EXCEPT when the fire danger rating reaches a critical level as indicated by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for the area that includes Lake Roosevelt NRA.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more.
- Weekly Boat Launch Permits must be purchased on line at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/656441199 . Please purchase prior to your trip. Annual Boat Launch Permits are available in person by vendor only.
- Due to watering the odd campsites numbered from 33 - 77 are RV only. No tents allowed on the grass.
