What Guests Are Saying
Brookhollow RV Park is a clean and welcoming spot for overnight stays, featuring large sites with grass pads, picnic tables, and full hookups. The park offers standard amenities like a laundry room and fitness center, along with great bird-watching opportunities. While some guests found management overly strict and the “river view” sites misleading, the overall experience is positive, with easy access to local dining options and a quiet atmosphere.

Great place to stay for an overnight. The park and bathroom are very clean. The park primarily long term guests but they were very welcoming. The site were large with grass pads and picnic tables. The only issue is if your a light sleeper bring earplugs because they railroad tracks near by operate all night long.

Park is pretty plain. Management is a nightmare. They're WAY too discriminatory about the condition of your rv/trailer. If they weren't so anal they'd have more people in their park. Their impression of themselves is way to high and definitely doesn't match their the impression you're gonna get.

A nice find while visiting the area to see friends. Sites are good size, full hookups and mostly level. Standard amenities of laundry room and clubhouse, plus a fitness center. The walking trail access was great.
We really appreciated the heads up on the entrance sign to take the turn at the RV park sign, not the community sign.
Only negative was the “river view” sites are misleading—it’s along the river, but the dike is between River and campsites, and where the walking trail is. But it is a beautiful view and lots of birds!

If you enjoy bird watching this is great! The park is full of Killdeer. Such a fun bird, very vocal and spends most of life on the ground.
We have been on 101 N. Enjoying California, Oregon and Washington coast. Brookhollow has been one of the nicest stays.Showers need NO quarters! YES…. Bathrooms are very clean. Parking pads are concrete wiith grass all around and a picnic table. Wide streets pull through and back in spaces available. Beautiful trees are growing thru out the park. We are here in fall so the color is wonderful. One negative is a 48 hour cancellation notice . We were able to pull in and have spots to choose from. It is a quiet park. Very close to the I-5 freeway.
Lots of restaurants near by both fast food and sit downs like Panera and Red Lobster to name a few.
Hope you plan a visit soon!

A great park with scenic views, close to I5 and plenty of stores. FHU 30amp & 50amp sites with concrete pads and beautiful grass. Paved access roads super clean and very well maintained.
The access roads and sites are smaller though, especially given its not waterfront or similar sites. Friendly, helpful staff, but there 48 hour cancelation policy makes it hard to adjust your plans.
