We had a good experience. It was mid to high 80s during the day, didn’t have too much shade but made do by getting our towels wet and using fans. Our site doesn’t have access to the river but went through other sites when they were completely empty. Dumpsters available and 2 sets of outhouses were available as well. We were next to one set of outhouses, there was enough greenery between us that there wasn’t any noticeable smell, but can hear people close the door. Our site also had enough privacy and long enough parking spot where you can have multiple cars. There was a water spigot across the host site near the entrance to the campground. Fairly quiet other than the occasional loud car passing, but the river masks a lot of sounds including other campers. Would be rated high if there was running water for the bathrooms and sinks. But really overall, I’d recommend.

PROS:
- Camp host
-The sound of the river and the birds.
-Cleanliness of campsite and restrooms.
- No phone service, zero percent.
- Access to water pump to fill water containers.
- Nice stay

CONS:
-The map on the website is misleading.
- Campsites 3, 4, 11, 13 and 14 do NOT have river access. The only access is through someone else's site.
- Campsite 3 and 2 are really close to the highway and is a bit noisy.
- Unable to stake down tent.
- Needed to hunt down firewood to cook food. (No charcoal or BBQ's allowed)

We really enjoyed the sites next to the river. The pit toilets were relatively clean. The host was very friendly. It was a great weekend. The only down side was the size of site 8. It was rather small but since we had two campsites, it wasn't a huge issue.

We had a lovely time. Toilet vaults were clean and we had firewood stacked right by the pit. We would live to know what the predominant trees and shrubs were around the campground.

Nice, clean campsite with river access. Site was a little small with room for 1 four person tent and 1 2 person tent.
