Excellent campsite with large camping spaces. Mine was right on the river and had a fantastic view.

The group site is always great, peaceful and for the most part secluded although there are still people who don’t understand that that’s an actual site and walk through it. Hopefully one day the camp host can put a sign up there letting people know so they’re educated about it other than that great site. Look forward to next time we get to use it.

Could not sleep till after 2AM every night due to the number of sites that had large and rowdy groups. Campground hosts did nothing to address these noisy and rude groups even after quiet hours started at 10PM. The quietest times we had were during the day when most people were out of the campground. Not having water in the campground was less of an issue than the total disrespect of the campground and it's rules by certain groups. I can't recommend camping here until the rules are enforced like they were the previous years we have camped here.

This is a great family friendly campsite. There are many hikes nearby. The blue hole is accessible from the campground. Overall, the host are all great. Very clean and bathrooms were clean.

It is a beautiful campground in a mountain setting along the river. There is a good selection of trailheads nearby for excellent hiking. Forest fire runoff has temporarily eliminated water on site, so bring your own.

Beautiful and a lot of nature. Not for those who want to plug in AT ALL! This place is for true adventurers. Camp hosts were some of the most lovely and helpful I've ever met!

D16 is a fabulous site, right on the river. Sound of the rapids are great to fall asleep to. Good privacy. Lots of shade. Very quiet - can't hear any traffic from Rt 12. Very easy to get up to Paradise and hiking in the park, and to Packwood when you need ice. Don't forget to bring water.
