Great campground with a wonderful rainforest feel and setting. Nice bathrooms, camping areas and picnic tables. And the trail to the main falls area is great and easy!

Convenient to the Hot Springs . Great stay in Olympic NP. The sites are similar to a parking lot , and the sites are pretty close . It works if you do not spend time at your site.

Along the reservation was easy. Upon arriving it was very confusing as to which loop we were in. Loop A had a site 14 and we missed the idea that we were in the actual RV court.

I’ve been going there for 50 years and I get that during Covid that they had the hour and a half sessions but I think they need to go back to the full day entry fee people drive a long ways to get up there to do a soak and I feel it. It’s very money grabby that Aramark also need to replace the picnic tables in the RV PARK. We sat down and the seat broke. It’s completely rotten. Still love the place. I just bought a season pass, but I feel sorry for our first nation, friends and people who drive from Port Angeles said they have to pay for multiple sessions. Know people just come up and soak for a while. They don’t stay there all day so please go back to full days and they should also be selling the tickets for a day entry off to the side of the building like they used to instead of everybody climbing into the lobby and just let the lobby in the Frontdesk take care of the cabins

Very nice campsite. We stayed at Hoh Rainforest Campground the following night but that the Sol Duc was a much nicer campground.

Our site felt private and tucked away and the campground was clean and enjoyable. We loved the trail to the falls and back to the resort then through the campgrounds. We had such fun time and recommend! Be a good camper and try to leave no trace to conserve this lovely place!

Sol Duc is in the northern part of Olympic National Park, 28 miles west of Port Angeles and west of Lake Crescent.

From the east: From Port Angeles, take Hwy. 101 west for 29 miles, then turn left onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 miles to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.
From the south: From Forks, take Hwy. 101 north for 28 miles then turn right onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 miles to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.
The campground is accessed via State Route 101, which is approximately 20 miles to the south.

Policies & Rules
General
- The Mineral Hot Springs & Pool access will be in sessions:8:00 AM - 9:30 AM10:00 AM - 11:30 AM12:00 PM - 1:30 PM2:00 PM - 3:30 PM4:00 PM - 5:30 PM6:00 PM - 7:30 PM2026 pool access fees are $19 for adults, $15 for children ages 4-12 and $15 for seniors over 62 years old per session. Towel rentals are $5. You may bring your own towel. Lockers are available, but locks are not provided. Children under the age of 4 may only access the smallest hot spring pool and the swimming pool.
- Caution: Wildlife including bears and raccoons frequent the area. All food and coolers (regardless of contents) must kept in approved animal proof containers.
- Pets must be kept on a leash up to 6 feet in length at all times. Pets are not allowed on National Park trails at any time.
- No loud music or sound (including generators) between the hours of , and .
- Please verify you know your site prior to arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, speak with the front desk at the resort or the camp host.
- The National Park Service charges entrance fees at the entrance station on Sol Duc Road. Refer to the park Fees and Passes page.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more.
