The camp spots are very close to one another. It’s more like a parking lot than a campground. Otherwise, it was ok.

I booked sites with water and electric hook-ups because i could not get a tent camping site. I paid extra for these amenities but was okay doing so because i wanted to get into the park.
Upon our arrival, we learned that there were no bathrooms or showers for the "RV Loop" which was a glorified parking lot. Very disappointing experience as we had to walk all the way to the resort to use a bathroom. And it didn't open until 7:30 in the morning!
Highly recommend you edit your website to let people know. We would not have come had we known this. We ended up leaving after one night, and forfeited our second night payment.

I stayed in a different site but the campground is nice and the sites a good sized. Bathrooms were clean and people were generally quiet. It's nice to have the option to go to the hot springs near by.
I slept in my car and woke up to possibly a mouse on my head! And it had chewed on some of the food in the car. I could hear it scurry around every so often until I put the food outside in a bear canister in hopes it won't come back in. I'm not sure if this is common but store your food in hard sided containers even inside the car.

The RV camping area isn’t nice, but this spot is gorgeous! Truly serene spot. Facilities were clean.

From the main road no campsite numbers were visible thus was not sure which loop I should turn into. Reservation did not state which loop our site was in

Incredibly beautiful campground, impeccably maintained by a very friendly campground host lady. Amazing to be able to hike along a quiet trail to the waterfall, then loop back to the Hot Springs.

This campground is a good location for exploring the Sol Duc section of the park, including the springs. It is less than ideal for exploring other sections of the park since you have drive 17 mi of mountain road to get to the main road.

We got the group campsite, and there are ZERO maps anywhere to help you find it. So, just so you know, if you hit the resort, you’ve gone too far. Turn around and look for the small group site sign on the river side of the road. Otherwise, it was wonderful!! The group site is huge and wonderful!

From the east: From Port Angeles, take Hwy. 101 west for 29 mi, then turn left onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 mi to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.
From the south: From Forks, take Hwy. 101 north for 28 mi then turn right onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 mi to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.

The campground is accessed via State Route 101, which is approximately 20 miles to the south.

Policies & Rules
General
- The Mineral Hot Springs & Pool access will be in sessions:8:00 AM - 9:30 AM10:00 AM - 11:30 AM12:00 PM - 1:30 PM2:00 PM - 3:30 PM4:00 PM - 5:30 PM6:00 PM - 7:30 PM2026 pool access fees are $19 for adults, $15 for children ages 4-12 and $15 for seniors over 62 years old per session. Towel rentals are $5. You may bring your own towel. Lockers are available, but locks are not provided. Children under the age of 4 may only access the smallest hot spring pool and the swimming pool.
- Caution: Wildlife including bears and raccoons frequent the area. All food and coolers (regardless of contents) must kept in approved animal proof containers.
- Pets must be kept on a leash up to 6 feet in length at all times. Pets are not allowed on National Park trails at any time.
- No loud music or sound (including generators) between the hours of , and .
- Please verify you know your site prior to arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, speak with the front desk at the resort or the camp host.
- The National Park Service charges entrance fees at the entrance station on Sol Duc Road. Refer to the park Fees and Passes page.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more.
