Policies & Rules
Check-out
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the day of your departure.
Deposit
- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request on a case-by-case basis and may result in an additional charge.
- Waste Disposal: All trash and waste must be properly disposed of in the designated dumpsters. Do not leave garbage at your campsite. Leaving trash at your campsite may incur a cleaning charge up to the amount of your stay.
- Reservations: Reservations are required and can be made online at longtablepullman.com. Full payment is due at the time of the booking.
- Cancellation Policy Event Weekends: Reservations for event weekends are non-refundable. All WSU parent's weekends, graduation weekend, and home football games are considered event weekends. Additional designated event weekends will be noted on the reservation website.
- Cancellation Policy Non-Event Weekends: Cancellation for non-event weekends must be made at least 1 month in advance to receive a complete refund. Cancellations made between 30 days to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance will forfeit the payment.
- Weapons: Guns, including BB, airsoft, paintball, and other firearms, must be kept locked and stored out of public view. They may not be used on site at any time. Brandishing a weapon of any sort, including guns, knives, or anything that can cause harm to another human is cause for immediate removal from the campground without the ability to obtain a refund.
- Injury or Loss, Responsibility, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless: You agree that the campground, its managers, and agents, are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss sustained while on the premises. You agree that you are responsible for any damage damages, losses, or injuries caused by you or someone in your party to the campground or to any third party or any third party’s property, including attorney’s fees, and you agree to hold the campground harmless from any claims arising from your stay and to indemnify the campground for any damages, losses or injuries caused by you or anyone in your party, including, but not limited, to attorney’s fees.
- Any personal property left by any guest shall become the Property of the campground if not identified and retrieved within seven (7) days of your stay. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that after seven (7) days, the campground can dispose of any personal property left behind. The campground reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for retention of any personal property left at the campground
- All guests must agree to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth in this agreement. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in eviction from the campground without the ability to obtain a refund. By making a reservation and staying at the campground, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and are responsible for making your party aware of these terms and conditions.
Noise
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Family and friends are welcome on our property outside of quiet hours.
- There is a dump station located in Pullman at 1025 NW Guy Street. It is open 24 hours a day and is free to use. You can dump your gray water and black water there. There is also a hose that will allow you to fill your camper up with water.
Guests
- Respect for Neighbors and Other Guests: Be considerate of our neighbors and of other guests.
- Generator Use: Generators are allowed but should be used sparingly to avoid disturbing other guests and our neighbors.
- Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. The campground is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
- In the event that a guest should leave their RV at the campground beyond their reservation without permission from the Campground, the daily rate for each day the RV is double the reservation nightly rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the campground reserves all rights to move, tow, or otherwise remove any RV left at the campground beyond the guest’s designated stay.
- Governing Law, Venue, and Default: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to, this Note shall be brought in Whitman County, Washington. If any action is brought by the campground against any guest related to this agreement, the campground shall be entitled to all of it’s reasonable costs, including attorney’s related thereto.
Smoking
- Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol is allowed in moderation. Smoking is allowed. Remains of cigarettes, cigars, and blunts should be disposed of in the smoking receptacles provided by the campground. Do not leave butts on the ground. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from the campground.
General
- Each reservation is good for up to six people overnight. Each person must sleep in their RV.
- Dry Camping: Our campground is designated for dry camping. There are no hookups for water, electricity, or sewage. Please come prepared with adequate supplies.
- Transfer of Reservations: You may transfer your reservation to another party if you are unable to make it to the campground. Just email [email protected] with the information of the new party.
- In case of emergency please call 911. We are located at 303 Old Moscow Road, Pullman, WA 99163.
- Secondly, in case of emergency, contact the campground manager at the number provided at 509.596.0323.
- Hazardous Materials: Do not dispose of hazardous materials, such as oil or chemicals, within the campground. This includes allowing your gray water to “leak” while parked. Proper disposal facilities should be used.
- Assumption of Risk: By staying at the campground, you assume all risks associated with camping, including, but not limited, to weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and other natural hazards.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. No amendments or modifications to this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by all parties.

Safety
- Fires:
- We allow charcoal and propane grills and wood campfires when permitted by the county. We do not have fire rings for use. You will need to bring your own.
- Pay attention and follow any information about burn bans.
- All fires must be monitored by a responsible adult at all times and extinguished or turned off when not in use.
- No fireworks, including sparklers, of any kind are allowed.
- It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to have adequate fire prevention or retardation supplies on hand including, but not limited to, a working fire extinguisher.
- Fire Safety: Follow all fire safety regulations. Do not leave fires unattended, and ensure they are completely extinguished before leaving the fire pit area or barbecue. Reminder that all fires must be monitored by a responsible adult.
- Prohibited Items: Fireworks and any other illegal items are strictly prohibited within the campground.
Pets
- Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash no more than 8 feet in length at all times unless confined in an RV or in a fenced area. Please clean up after your pet and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Pet Health: All animals need to be up-to-date on their vaccinations.
- Aggressive Animals: Aggressive dogs or loud dogs are not allowed. Defining “loud” or “aggressive” shall be the right of the owners, management, or staff of Long Table Camping & Lodging.
- Small Pets: Other small pets are allowed and should be contained or leashed in ways that are appropriate for their species. They are subject to the same policies, where appropriate, that are applied to dogs.
- Not Permitted Animals: Livestock, horses, and other large animals are not allowed at the campground.
- Wild Animals: The campground is in a location that regularly has raccoons, coyotes, deer, and other wild animals. Pack up food and waste at night and when you are not at your RV. All food and waste must be stored in air-tight closed containers or in a closed trailer or vehicle when not being actively cooked or consumed.
- Severance Clause: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Check-in
- No-Show Policy: If you know you will not arrive until after 8:00 am on the morning after the first night of your reservation, please note this in your reservation online, email us at [email protected], or give us a call at 509.596.0323 to let us know to hold your site for you. If you do not notify us that you will arrive after 8:00 am on the morning after the first night of your reservation or check-in by 8:00 am on the morning after the first night of your reservation, your reservation will be considered forfeit and we reserve the right to reassign your space.
