Beautiful large private sites for smaller RVs and tents set in lush rainforest by the reservoir. It is quite remote and not a good location for seeing Olympic NP. It’s best for a set up and stay camp. Flushing toilets. The camp host runs a tiny store with candy and soda. Hiking trails around.

The camp host was awesome! He helped with everything. The lake was stunning but it was cold at the time so we hiked around it. We recommend arriving during daylight hours. The walk-in site was spacious and private. Our dog loved the chipmunks and they loved taunting her.

I did not realise that there was no phone reception in the area and there were no showers.
Otherwise the campground was great and very well kept. We spent a very enjoyable 3 nights there.

The gravel road in went for miles. Sometimes they requested you go 20 mph due to oil, when this road was 30 miles long. That made things rough. The campground was very nice, and well managed.

So peaceful! Super clean bathrooms and really nice host! A bit off the beaten path so more of a hang at the camp type place! We tried to do the trail that goes around the lake but it didn't seem like anyone had been in it in a while as it was a bit overgrown! We had a lovely time though! Great spot!

Campground hosts were awesome. The site we had, 034 had a decently level pad, easily corrected for our trailer. We also had a tent spot used that also pretty level, and room for 2 trucks and trailer. 034 also had partially obstructed views of the lake. If they could have power and water sites it would have been 5 stars.
