Terrible spot. A little too open for others to view into it. On a corner. So everyone drives by and looks in.
Bathrooms were in good shape. River is enough to the to hear it. Roads were clean. Campsite was clean. Had decent enough weather.
Do not drink the water btw. I don’t care if you boil it. It has a lot of sediment in it. Looked in the bottom of the camp wash jug the next day. Pretty brown.
Closest service is down the road back towards Randle. There’s a clear cut area that’s where you can get service.

Very beautiful place and a great adventure. Got to explore a lot of trails and enjoyed all the beauty the forest had. My husband and I will go come back one day.

Our site C66 had good reviews, so we were surprised to show up and find it next to the vault toilet - it looked a lot further away on the map. The evening we pulled up, it was fine, but I’m the morning, all we could smell was toilet. I had hoped for more of a creek campground experience, but the creek is not in the campground, just nearby, and it was raging. We had booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 after we found a much better FF site elsewhere.

My kids and I found this site to be very nice, and the site remained relatively cool despite the warmer weather we experienced at the time. We would stay here again. Bathrooms were clean, and amenities were functioning well.

The most beautiful campground! I love how every site is different and very spacious. No cell service at all, but that’s not a negative point.

This is our second time at Iron Creek because we love the big wooded sites and surrounding area. The vault toilets were very clean except after a party of 10 or so drunk bros filled the floor of one with a literally pool of urine and parked 2 giant trucks in the road. The hosts probably never knew how obnoxious that was as it was night. The next morning I stumbled to that bathroom as the cleaner was leaving and it was sparkling. kudos-terrible job and most appreciated!!!!
