Naches RV Resort, Naches, Washington

We were a little apprehensive to try the new RV Resort in Naches. It is run and structured a little different than most. The barrage of rules can be a little standoffish to many. It almost comes across as HOA. A lot of this stuff is common sense though. That being said as guests you shouldn't have to walk around in fear of breaking some rule. Turns out that was a non issue. I want to make that clear. All staff encounters were polite and cordial. The whole facility is impeccably clean. To be fair it is also a fairly new Resort. Minor Knit Pics, if you are into privacy this may not be the facility for you. Most of the spaces are tight to your neighbors and wide open. There are some spots available though that are more spacious and have some barrier. The road the Resort is on is very busy at times and can be pretty loud at all hours. It doesn't bother me but it may be annoying to some. The gravel on the walking path is pretty course. Almost too course. You find yourself walking along the edge. Lastly, I really wish the Gym was open to non owners even if it was for an additional fee. Outside of that, The salt water pool is incredible. Local amenities are good. Anything you could ever need is less than 20 minutes all the way out to Yakima. We will absolutely come back. I want to personally thank Brandi Kruse for the recommendation to try this facility. We will be back again someday in the future!

Wonderful Stay ! Beautiful, clean RV Resort. We stayed on upper ring with great view of the valley, unfortunately with a relatively busy road behind us (loud trucks must be the thing?). The first night, there were gale force winds that made me glad to have a substantial RV, but the remainder of our stay the weather was perfect & views spectacular. Remember, don't leave your awnings out! They have a club house, pool, hot tub, etc but did not visit any of these facilities. We had such a lovely stay, we extended an additional night. Beautiful Property! Thanks Josh & Kelly, we'll be back.

We absolutely love living at Naches RV Resort! It’s such a peaceful, welcoming community, yet still close to everything you need.

The amenities are amazing. We especially enjoy the saltwater pool and jacuzzi. The laundry room and gym are super convenient, and the showers and bathrooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. The entire resort is beautifully kept, which really adds to the experience. There is also a playground that is perfect if you have kids or grandkids visiting, a dog park for your fur babies, and a pickleball court which is such a fun bonus.

The clubhouse is another favorite. It has a huge, beautiful kitchen, and it is the perfect place to chill and relax or host guests if you have family and friends gathering. Note that the clubhouse kitchen and gym are exclusively for resort owners, while the rest of the amenities are available for renters to enjoy.

One of the best parts is the incredible mountain views in every direction, truly breathtaking. There are also so many outdoor activities nearby like hiking, fishing, swimming, skiing, and ATV trails, so there is always something to do.

This place is perfect for snowbirds or anyone looking for a great home base while RVing. We love it so much that we ended up buying a lot here. One of the biggest reasons was the rental program. When we are not here, the resort manages everything and rents it out for us, completely hassle free.

Beautiful resort. It's a wonderful stay - nice pool area and lodge with a workout facility and kitchen. Lots of nice amenities and friendly community of residents. Great for families!

Naches RV Resort is a first class operation. My recent purchase experience couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Josh gave me a great tour, answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect lot for my Park Model, even measuring utility locations for me on the lot after I returned home. Five stars, highly recommend.
