Vantage Riverstone

Huge room, very clean. Full kitchen. Great staff. Excellent customer service. Great location.

Camped here for a long weekend and the staff were so helpful. I needed to move sites AND add another site over a busy concert weekend. They got us set up efficiently with side-by-side sites. The location is excellent, facilities are clean and the nearby coffee shop with filled with baked goods a delicious drink options.

We stayed in the River House (3 bed, 1 bath) the last weekend in May. There was very little info on the website or reviews about the cabins, so hoping this helps someone.

Pros:
- The staff was helpful and friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, giving us tips to best enjoy the property. Check in process was smooth.
- Proximity to the Gorge.
- Gas station and general store nearby.
- Price was affordable for the space.
- The area down by the water was beautiful with green lawns. Marmots and geese were fun to watch!
- The house was well stocked with hot plate for cooking, plates and utensils, coffee maker, salt & pepper, and cleaning supplies. Plenty of bathroom towels. If you want coffee creamer bring your own because they only have the little powder packs.
- Air conditioning and heat.
- WiFi available, free and fast.
- Bed was firm, sheets were clean and crisp, there were plenty of pillows, and we both slept well.

Areas for Improvement:
- Surfaces were mostly clean (bathroom and kitchen) but if you looked closer, floors and windows were dirty, window sills were dusty with cobwebs and dead bugs.
- The whole cabin had a very musty “old” smell, with one of the lower bedrooms being the worst offender. Probably the carpet.
- The couches had stains, crumbs, and really need to be replaced.
- No patio furniture. The decking was really nice so it would have been great to have chairs.
- Multiple dishes were dirty with lip marks and food. They ask you to wash your own dishes which is totally fine if other people would actually clean them.
- Location of cabin was right by sanitary plant and your view is of a shipping container but you are close to the water.

Considering there aren’t many lodging options in the area, it was affordable at $350/night for 3 bedrooms, and we went in with low expectations, we would stay again. But they have lots of opportunities to make it better, and could definitely charge more if they did.

Stayed here while working in the area. Beautiful place, mature trees, grass, playground, on site laundry and a gas station. I did not stay in the rooms, so I can not review them. There is also a burger joint that just opened as I was leaving so I can't give a good evaluation of that, but it looked like a nice little place. Staff at the park are friendly and always helpful. If you are in the area, stay here, you won't be sorry.
