The state was nice. The campsite was a little small. We stayed in campsite eight but it did the job for what we were there to do and we enjoyed our time.

Easy access to the lake. Not sure why 1/2 of the campground was closed but it might be because there is so much available boondocking near by. The spots are large and level with lots of room for large RVs with space for extra vehicles and boats. A personal pet peeve is charging for dumping ($10 per occurrence) when obviously this campground is for larger rigs that clearly have to dump. The 4 showers (for 60 to 70 campers) for that were working needed cleaning and maintenance. Seriously need to fix the water pressure which was so intense you couldn't stand under it for more than a few seconds at a time. It was a complete waste of water not to mention letting sprinklers run constantly to water the weeds. Anyhow, it was an okay campground with easy access to water but the hiking trails were on the other side of the lake.

We stayed in site 9 and had plenty of room for our 30' 5th wheel. All sites are dry camping with water and restroom close. James the camp host is great, very friendly and helpful, one of the best we've encountered.
Near by Tollgate Crossing store and restaurant are very handy, food and service is excellent. We did day trips up to Wenaha & Umatilla forests with a network of roads that get you out to the wilderness and wild life. Every morning we could hear Elk bugle and see the campground deer.
We've stayed here in the past and will be back again.

A wonderful camp ground close to lake Jubilee, about 2 miles of pavement away before the 8 miles of dirt road. It was much quieter than the Jubilee campground with larger sites that are spread out more so it was great for our large party!
There is wood you can buy locally sourced close and the camp host was very nice and prompt with ensuring the bathrooms were cleaned and stocked as well as proper check in. My family will be visiting again next year!

A wonderful camp ground close to lake Jubilee, about 2 miles of pavement away before the 8 miles of dirt road. It was much quieter than the Jubilee campground with larger sites that are spread out more so it was great for our large party!
There is wood you can buy locally sourced close and the camp host was very nice and prompt with ensuring the bathrooms were cleaned and stocked as well as proper check in. My family will be visiting again next year!

From Weston, Oregon: Travel 20 miles east of Weston on Highway 204. 0.5 miles past the Tollgate Crossing store turn right to the campground entrance.
From Elgin, Oregon: Travel 21 miles northwest of Elgin on Highway 204. 0.5 miles past Skyline Rd/NF 64 Rd, turn left to the campground entrance.
Woodward Campground is accessible via Highway 204, which runs approximately 20 miles east of Weston, Oregon, and 21 miles northwest of Elgin, Oregon.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
