Gorgeous campground, nice and secluded. Bathrooms need some work and some serious air circulation. But for the brief moments we were away from gorgeous river and waterfalls, didn’t spoil our time at all. Perfect spot. Please don’t ruin it.

We loved Sunset Falls. A beautiful and clean campground along the pristine Lewis River with numerous swimming holes and gorgeous falls. We stayed in site #9 with our 26’ trailer pulled by a Chevy pick up. The pull thru was a bit tight with a tree that slants precariously into the driveway. They really should just take that one tree out. We managed to get situated but we were at such a difficult angle truck to trailer that we decided not to unhitch, which was not a problem because we didn’t plan to go anywhere. Other than that, site 9 is very nice with a path leading right down to the River. Having walked the grounds we determined that our favored spot would be site 6. It’s on the River side tucked into the back corner with a totally open and easy pull thru. If you’re a tent camper, the tent camp sites are amazing and very private. We will return!

We were here on 5th July 2021. This place is so quiet and beautiful. The only thing was no water in campsite and campfire was not allowed on the day we were here. I will prefer to book campsite 1 to 10 as they are accessible by road. from campsite 10 you can access river. This campsite is well maintained and host was wo welcoming.

Dreamy and Beautiful campsite with lush vegetation all around. So many waterfalls to explore near the are, our favorite was the Sunset Falls that is really close to the campground.

One of our first trips of the year is always Sunset Falls. It is close to home and easy to get to with a beautiful river next to our favorite site. The bathrooms are pit toilets, but are well maintained. The sites are far apart so it is pretty close to remote camping.
One of the best parts of this year's trip was meeting the new camp host, Jenny. She was gracious, friendly, helpful and provided great tips about other company campgrounds. The next weekend we drove four hours just to check out the lake she told us about. While we would continue to go to the campground every year with or without Jenny there, it is great to know she is there to keep an eye on the place and keep the grounds up to the high standards.

There was an active logging road splitting the campground in half and starting very early, 4-5am, many logging trucks where driving though the campground. I do not know if this road is always active but it made the stay uncomfortable and we left early because of it.
