Stunning views of Moundsville! An interesting drive up and around to get there. You have to drive until you can’t go any further; past the pavilions. Then there’s a hard to see narrow rock path out to an open area at the overlook. There’s a couple benches and a view finder. Take binoculars for an even better peak into the city.

Nice view over looking the town. It was a good place to break out the food and drinks for a picnic. The overlook has a small observation deck that has a commercial binoculars that will cost 25 cents to use. Plenty of parking available at the overlook. It also has several picnic tables available that sit underneath a pavillion. Theis is also a children's playground available nearby. Worth the drive up the ridge to see and it is frre.
