This is our first stay at an RJourney campground, and so far we are impressed. We have been here for 2 weeks and will re-up for another month. We have our 5, 7 and 9 year old grandkids off and on during the stay. They love all the activities and close proximity to Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells.

The manager, Amy, and the entire staff are proactive, friendly and kind. They are extremely patient and engaging with the children. They work constantly to keep the grounds and campsites clean and habitable. For the most part, the campsites are large, mostly level and private, which I really like.

The store is very nice and well laid out. And, there are plenty of activities to help form a community. I am very impressed and plan to rent a site for the entire season next year.

My only criticism is that you cannot control the temperature of the showers and they are a bit too cool for my liking. However, word has it they are still fine tuning this.

Overall, very well done!

Definitely will not go back. We were there for Memorial Day weekend.
1) there were tall weeds and grass on our site like they had not mowed all week. Why would you not mow for a holiday weekend?
2) they had activities listed on the Facebook page that they didn’t even know about when we asked. And their website was different as well as what was posted in the office.
3) of the activities listed Bingo did happen but it was lame. She only wanted to do two quick games like she was in a hurry. Over in less than ten minutes.
4) they had a Clued in mystery event listed but it was canceled due to lack of staff. Why would you not staff appropriately for a holiday weekend?
5) they had a golf cart parade scheduled at noon on Facebook that they didn’t know about so it didn’t happen and we had bought decorations specifically for it.
Our golf carts didn’t have lights and we were not told when we reserved them so we couldn’t drive at night.
They did however have a Glow parade which was only for seasonal sites. That is not communicated ahead of time.
6) Lack of staff on usually first big camping weekend of year
7) Mini Golf course is sad, run down
7) Lake looks gross and the equipment looks old.

This is an amazing place to take the family. There are so many activities on the grounds, and the staff was stellar. Amy did everything possible to ensure that we had the most magical time. I highly recommend their smores and enjoy a campfire. The cabin was such a nice and relaxing place. My only complaint is that I didn't book the family a longer stay. We WILL be back!

P.s. if you go make sure to get flocked ( they put pink flamingos all over your site, it's hilarious) it's a bit of a game, you'll have to stay to understand

I stayed in cabin 86 for a night. The cabins are very quaint, clean, minimalistic, rustic and well maintained. There's two bunk beds, options to grill out, and little fire pits, plenty of hot water. I was surprised to see what I saw: a heated pool, mini golf, play areas for kids, a fenced in area to let me dog run... 5/5 for sure.

We arrived at the park, and never set up due to muddy and flooded. We never was called about it. We went in office after driving around trying to find a dry site. We told them we could not stay as we would be having to stay in the Rv all the time. They refused to give us a refund. I was very disappointed in the main office when I called as the lady person was very rude and talked over me so I couldn’t explain that this water flooding was unhealthy for us due to my husband has been treated for cancer. You should not open the park for the season if it’s like this. Look up our name! Mike and Dawn Jovaag
