Safety & rules
- Safety is the top priority for all campers and guests; parents must ensure children's safety.
- Fireworks and weapons are strictly prohibited on the campground.
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to those 21 and older, and disorderly conduct is prohibited.
- Riding wheeled devices safely is required; children must wear helmets; no riding after dusk without headlights.
- Powered skateboards, hoverboards, power wheels, and go-karts are not allowed.
- Children under 14 must have an adult at the pool; diapers are not allowed.
- Minors must be at their campsites by 11pm, and those under 16 cannot be unsupervised.
- Campground staff will patrol and their decisions are final regarding rules enforcement.
- Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, with later hours on weekends if considerate of neighbors.
- Adults are responsible for their children's behavior; disruptive children will lead to adult removal.
- Try to resolve issues with neighbors directly before contacting staff.
- Follow staff guidance for safety and happiness; report issues respectfully.
- Bullying and offensive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Video monitoring devices are not allowed on the campground.
- The campground reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for unacceptable behavior.
- Trash must be disposed of properly; a $200 fine applies for improper disposal.
- Campers are liable for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
- All visitors must understand and communicate the campground rules; responsibility falls on the camper.
Fires & fuel
- Campfires are permitted only in designated firepits and must be monitored and extinguished properly.
- Only campground-purchased or approved firewood may be burned; fines apply for burning trash.
General
- Everyone is encouraged to have fun within common sense limits. These rules are guidelines but are not a substitute for being a good neighbor.
- Racism, ethnic slurs, comments directed at the appearance, sexual orientation or characteristics of others are unacceptable. Camping is for all people. If you aren’t ready to welcome anyone else, we’re not ready to welcome you.

Local regulations
- Controversial discussions and signs are not permitted; only approved celebration signs are allowed.
- Guests must register and contribute to a peaceful environment.
- All visitors must register for a vehicle pass before entering the campground.
- Do not trespass on others' campsites.
- Follow all signs indicating closed or staff-only areas.
Wildlife & food storage
- Respect the natural environment; do not attach fasteners to trees.
- Cutting trees or gathering firewood from the property is not allowed.
Fees & deposits
- A $5 fee per vehicle per day is required for visitors, with penalties for non-compliance.
Vehicles & parking
- Strict vehicle operation rules are enforced; caution is advised around children.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and licensed to operate any vehicle on the property.
- A speed limit of 5 MPH is enforced for all vehicles on the property.
- All vehicles must have proof of insurance to operate on the campground property.
- No recreational vehicle operation is allowed between 11pm and 8am, but travel for destinations is permitted.
- Vehicles must display a pass and park in designated areas; maximum of 2 vehicles per campsite.
Site types & loops
- Do not alter campsites or facilities without permission.
Utilities
- Manage electric power use to avoid overload; electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
- Discharging gray or black water onto the ground is prohibited; a dump station is available.
Amenities
- Clean shared equipment after use for the next camper.
Pets
- Only service animals are allowed in buildings; emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of three pets per site; leashes are required.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately; pets are not allowed in certain areas.
- Aggressive pets will be removed from the campground without refund.
- I hereby grant to the Campground, its agents and their respective licensees, successors and assigns (herein collectively called “the licensed parties”) the right to use, publish and copyright my name, picture, portrait or likeness, testimonial, voice, video, photographic images, artwork in advertising, promoting and publicizing the Campground in any media known or unknown, in any manner or form throughout the world in perpetuity. I agree that any picture taken of me by the licensed parties is owned by them. If I should receive any print, negative or other copy thereof, I shall not authorize its use by anyone else. I agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to me for any further approval and the licensed parties shall be without liability to me for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of my picture, portrait, likeness, photographic images, or artwork. As a registered Camper or Seasonal Site holder, I consent to the foregoing on behalf of all in my party including minors and guests and personally join in the warranties and representations set forth above. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the licensed parties with respect to any claims which the minor(s) may make as a result of the exercise by the licensed parties of their rights hereunder. By signing as a daily registered Camper or invitee, I agree to the above terms and conditions for myself, my immediate family, my guests, invitees and visitors, and my property and all rules set forth.
