Vehicles & parking
- Boat slip access can be revoked if the vessel is unsafe or improperly maintained.
- Only registered guests can use the boat slips; non-registered guests are not allowed.
- Boat slip assignments cannot be transferred or shared.
- Guests must show their room number tag on their slip's reservation post throughout their stay.
- Boats should stay in their assigned slips unless management gives approval to move.
- Boats must be well-maintained, leak-free, and safely fueled.
- Guests must properly position dock bumpers/fenders to safeguard their vessel and the dock; assistance is available if needed.
- Extra lines or fenders can be used but must not harm docks or other boats.
- Boats cannot be tied to electrical pedestals or other non-designated fixtures.
- No open flames, grills, fireworks, or hazardous materials are allowed on docks or slips.
- Boats must be launched from designated WEL boat launch areas.
- Noncompliance with the rules can lead to loss of boat slip privileges with no refund.
- By reserving a slip, guests confirm their understanding of the rules.

- Swimming or fishing from the docks is done at guests' own risk.
- Trash should be thrown away in designated receptacles at the docks.
- Guests must cover any damages to property caused by them or their guests.
- Guests take on all risks when using the docks.
