  • a. Keep your cabin clean and free of litter at all times.
  • 6. Water and Septic Systems:
  • a. The Property uses a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water may have an odor.
  • b. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the septic system.
  • c. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
  • 8. Recreational Activities:
  • a. Use recreational facilities at your own risk.
  • b. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • c. No lifeguard on duty at water facilities โ€“ swim at your own risk.
  • 9. Wildlife and Environmental Protection:

  • d. Guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult relative or guardian.

  • d. Extinguish all fires completely before leaving your cabin or retiring for the night.

  • c. Use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible law enforcement involvement.
  • c. Report any safety hazards to the Landlordโ€™s office immediately.
  • b. The Landlord is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • a. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • b. Excessive noise or music that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.

Deposit

  • d. If feminine products are flushed and clog the septic system, you may be charged damages of up to $250.

  • 15. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
  • b. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
