- e. No outdoor shoes or muddy footwear in the cabin.
- 2. Occupancy and Registration:
- a. The maximum occupancy limit for the cabin is 6 persons.
- 3. Cabin Maintenance:
- a. Keep your cabin clean and free of litter at all times.
- 6. Water and Septic Systems:
- a. The Property uses a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water may have an odor.
- b. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the septic system.
- c. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
- 8. Recreational Activities:
- a. Use recreational facilities at your own risk.
- b. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- c. No lifeguard on duty at water facilities – swim at your own risk.
- 9. Wildlife and Environmental Protection:

- a. In case of emergency, call 911 and then notify the Landlord

- c. Properly dispose of gray water in designated areas only.

- a. In case of emergency, call 911 and then notify the Campground office.

- d. Guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult relative or guardian.

- b. Do not damage or remove any trees, shrubs, or plants.
- c. Use designated fire pits only for campfires.
- d. Extinguish all fires completely before leaving your cabin or retiring for the night.

- 10. Firearms and Fireworks:
- a. No firearms, air guns, or weapons of any kind are permitted on the Property.
- b. Fireworks and other explosives are strictly prohibited.
- 11. Alcohol and Controlled Substances:
- a. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only at your cabin and must be done responsibly.
- c. Use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible law enforcement involvement.

- a. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- b. Excessive noise or music that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.

- 5. Vehicle and Parking Regulations:
- a. Speed limit within the Property is 5 mph.

Deposit
- d. If feminine products are flushed and clog the septic system, you may be charged damages of up to $250.

- b. Public intoxication is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
- 15. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
- b. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

- a. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- c. Return any rented equipment to the office before departure.
