- a. The Property uses a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water may have an odor.
- b. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the septic system.
- c. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
- 8. Recreational Activities:
- a. Use recreational facilities at your own risk.
- b. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- c. No lifeguard on duty at water facilities โ swim at your own risk.

Deposit

- a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
