Rustic Ridge Resort

4th time here in the last 5 months and each time the food and service was excellent. We usually come for late lunch or early dinner plus its winter and its never been overly crowded. Husband and I have tried Prime Rib, burgers, Italian beef, pizza, and shrimp and a couple appetizers. Everything was delicious and always have we had great service! Next time we'll try the Friday fish.

Absolutely delicious fish fry, and deep fried mushrooms, truly the best we’ve ever had! Staff was so helpful and friendly! We’ll definitely be back!!!

This was my first visit to Castle Rock Lake, very beautiful area. The Rustic Ridge is a great place to stop and grab some good food. Friday night, husband had the ribs, he loved them!! We returned on Saturday afternoon to watch the baseball games and for the fun meat raffle. Had the pizza for a snack, which was delicious and stayed for a great dinner. They have a fun and personable staff If you save room, Sadie makes a good cake. She said she's doing different flavors for the seasons. Don't forget to catch the amazing sunset from here. Go check out this little piece of heaven, it's worth it.

Unbelievable awful experience last night at rustic Ridge restaurant. We specifically ask to hold our fish Fry after we finished the salad bar. The meal came out less than one minute afterwards they took it back and reserved it to us was soggy greasy and not what I’m used to compared to the places I go After complaining about this became a very difficult situation and they didn’t handle it very well unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever be back and would not recommend anybody going there if you wanna hit me up with a message I can explain it more

We came here because we heard the food was really good. I had the fettuccine alfredo and when I got my meal it was just pretty much buttered fettuccine noodles. There was no alfredo sauce on, just oils and butter. As you'll see from the picture I had to dump a bunch of Parmesan cheese on it. The serving size was very small also for the price of the 13.99. My partner had the prime rib and said it was okay but also a very small cut for the price. We will most likely give it another try and hopefully the food will be better. The service was decent we had a very friendly server although the service was very slow with not too many people in the restaurant when we went last Saturday. They do have a full salad bar which was great along with the bread. We did have a beautiful sunset view of Castle Rock lake.
