Many guests appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, well-maintained pools, and engaging activities, noting the staff's attentiveness and the fun snack shack. The “Ranger” made my 4 year old grandson get off of his MOBILITY SCOOTER. Me and some of my family have Muscular Dystrophy, which IS GENETIC, so we have 4 wheeled mobility scooters that go a MAX of 3.5 - 4 MPH to be able to enjoy activities as everyone else does. If we don’t conserve leg strength throughout the day we have extreme pain and can’t walk at the end of the day. Their website says they allow mobility scooters for disabilities. Even the plates on our vehicles are handicap plates. But this gentleman in his way too large male ego, decided it was appropriate to make a four-year-old with disabilities get off of his mobility scooter in front of his whole family. I went to the front office and made a complaint, but the man came and berated me even more by their office. The office staff stated that they were going to contact the manager because they agree that this was inappropriate. So anybody that has disabilities, I would highly advise you to avoid this place at all costs. They clearly do not think that people with disabilities have the same rights as anyone else. Even though they have people on golf carts riding around at 8 to 10 miles an hour all day and all night long, probably 100 of them, a four-year-old is not allowed to ride on his mobility scooter that goes 3.5 mph..
Even though the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT gives people with disabilities certain rights, the extremely inflated ego of the “ranger” that rides around on his golf cart thinks that he over rules the federal government and takes all of our rights away. IF YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN HAVE DISABILITIES STAAAAAYYYYY AWAAAAYYYYY!!!

Paid extra to ensure our site would be saved. Was told there was an issue with the floor of the cabin and had to be moved to another 2 weeks before our check in date. Did not receive a refund for our site guarantee. Got there and the tv didn't work. Told manager about it and she sent someone an hour later. Maintenance tried and even brought another TV. Nothing worked. They told the manager but they did nothing about it. Then Maintenance guy left because it was the end of his shift. No one ever came back to help or offer us a new space. Grounds of the site were dirty. Our young kids were super upset and hard to manage not having a TV to wind down with after the long day. Not at all worth the $400 we spent. Will not be back

If you’re looking for a great family oriented campground that has a classic 90s camping vibe this is the place for you! My kids stayed busy all weekend long and had a blast!

I really wanted to give this five stars but the areas we were disappointed with resulted in a four star review.

Overall we had a great weekend. The staff was amazing and you could tell they really cared about the quality of our stay. We really enjoyed the snack shack that kept our bellies full of ice cream. The band and DJ were great, we enjoyed the activity calendar, and the pools were great! Although we were not happy with the temperature of the kiddie pool as a mom I appreciated that that pool is completely secure from the other two pools.

The four reasons that brought it down to 4 stars were because the kiddie pool was absolutely frigid and almost impossible for children to enjoy it (especially the young ones it is meant for), if you’re going to charge for mini golf there should not be rips and holes in the turf, the tiny bundles of firewood were extremely overpriced especially when everywhere right outside the campground is only $5 a bundle for a decent amount of wood, and lastly we are really sad to see the pet goats are gone.

First time visiting campground. Site was clean and ready for us. We had a small issue with the water hook up and it was fixed within minutes by the amazing maintenance man Kenny. The front desk ladies were super helpful and friendly. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was good.
The campground itself offers 3 pools which were all very well cared for. Ice cream shop was tasty. Mini golf was good, a little dated, but served its purpose. Playground with the hippo was well used by our grandkids. We would definitely recommend this place and would also utilize the amenities again.
