Loved the lake and beach. Kayaked, fished, swam and explored. Facilities were great. Camping was wonderful.

Very roomy, nice tree cover. The lake is close by, for boating, swimming etc.

Been going here for almost 20 years. Always amazing. Great trails through the marshlands. Clear water and clean beach area. Wolf river tubing is close by. If you plan to eat out and it’s the weekend, check out crab n jacks has the best views and good food.

It was great!!! BIG thank you to the campground staff for doing an amazing job keeping everything clean. Campground host even came to warn us about the up coming server. That was helpful as we didn’t have good cell phone reception and couldn’t see the radar. Loved the campground Host. Very friendly.

Nice campground. Tree limbs reached a bit too low for our fifth wheel. This campground borders on having too many trees. It always seems like evening under the canopy.

From Townsend, travel Highway T for about 17 miles to the intersection with Highway W. Turn onto Highway W and continue just over a mile to Forest Road 2116. Turn right and continue to the campground.
Boulder Lake is accessible via Highway T and Highway W. Highway T connects to the area and provides a route to Highway W, which leads to the campground.
Elevation: 347 feet
20 mi drive to downtown Lakewood (about 25 min)

General
- Stagnant water can be found throughout the campground; bring insect repellent
- Each single occupancy site is allowed up to 8 persons and one vehicle. Should space allow at the campsite, three additional vehicles or towed units are allowed per site. If there is not enough space at the campsite for the additional vehicles or towed units, you must use the overflow parking.

- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
- Privately owned ATV's, UTV's, and Golf Carts are not allowed to be operated within the campground.
