Wisconsin State Fair RV Park - Open Year-Round!

We stay here all the time when we go to Brewers games. Ride our bikes to the game; can take the Hank Aaron paved trail the whole way. This place is always super clean and has fantastic service. They always call before your arrival to confirm you know how to check in after hours. They are sticklers about checking out exactly at 11 am but you can always park across the street at the park and ride if you need to stay in the area later in the day. Clicking 5 stars was easy on this one.

Nicest RV park we stayed in the last 3 months. Newly renovated showers and washrooms with lots of stalls and good lighting. 3 bars of wifi most of the time. Concrete pads (not level) but everything was very clean. We are in a motorhome with no vehicle and could walk to the bus stop or was $10 Lyft ride to the Brewers game. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Wisconsin State RV Park while attending the Harley Davidson Homecoming Festival. The location was excellent. There was a nice bar & grill across the street within walking distance serving great drinks and food. It was very convenient and reasonably priced to use Lyft during the evening when we didn't take our bike out. The location also offered easy access to side streets when riding. We prefer to stay off the freeway if possible when on motorcycle. We also discovered on our second night that the bar offered free bussing to the festival if you purchased drinks or meals there. RV staff were kind and polite, but when I asked them when making the reservation about transportation to the festival, they said Lyft or Uber were the only options. The staff did stay late on the night we arrived and helped us to get set up which was nice. We got parked with our toy hauler 5th wheel in the overflow area which was basically a paved parking lot for the State Fair. It worked well for loading and unloading the bike but was quite a distance from the bathrooms, showers, and garbage dumpsters. There was a state fair bathroom building closer but it was locked. There was not much grassy area for our dog. The biggest disappointment was there was a minimum 4 night reservation which we had to accept to get a spot. We were there only three nights so the park made a bit of extra money off of us. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

We stayed a week middle of May. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean laundry, showers and bathrooms. We were across the street (asphalt site) and had water and electric hookups, sewer available in main part of the park although there is a dump available. Convenient and priced right, but a little noisy, freeway on one side and near streets. Safe, saw security couple times a day. Also, he had a plan for the tornadoes that were in the area our first night!

Perfect place to stay if going to a Brewers Game and spending time Downtown. There is no doubt that this is a parking lot, spots are close together-not level and RV doors face each other, not a place to be hanging out and grilling. With that said, it is clean, safe, quiet, offers full hook ups, well-lit, convenient to all things Milwaukee. Super nice staff, Bathrooms-Showers-Laundry rooms must have been newly renovated, they are pristine and large. Dog walk area/grass in-between rows, or in back of some sites. Some sites offer shade.
