Most sites are level. Many have cement pads. There are some nice views of the Mississippi River. The park grounds were well maintained. The only drawback is the frequent train traffic. Train rumble can be heard from both sides of the river. There wasn’t much of whistle noise just the rumbling of the trains. With our rv windows shut we got a good night’s sleep.

Gorgeous campground. Well kept. Water is very accessible almost from any site. The park staff are all very friendly. Most sites are paved concrete. There a couple that aren’t. Good fishing when the water isn’t so low. Potosi is one heckuva friendly town and brewery to go to.
The only caveat to this. Trains. If you are a really light sleeper. This place isn’t for you. The trains are really loud.

Enjoyed the trains on one side, river traffic on the other.

From WI-133, Turn East on River Lane (two miles south of Potosi) and follow the directional signs approximately two miles to the campground.
From US-61/WI-35, Turn S on River Lane and follow directional signs to campground.

The campground is accessible from WI-133, which is approximately two miles north, and US-61/WI-35, located to the east.
