CAMP Door County

Camp Door County RV Resort & Campground is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of their beautiful property. The entire facility is brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with everything from the restrooms to the common areas kept in pristine condition.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the night sky. The campground is far enough from city lights that you can clearly see the Milky Way stretching overhead, and on lucky nights, even catch a glimpse of the northern lights dancing across the horizon. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and nature peaceful, clean, and truly unforgettable.

Whether you’re camping, RVing, or just looking for a quiet getaway under the stars, Camp Door County is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Camp Door and the staff! John is wonderful to visit with and always seems to have local knowledge of things to do, where to eat and visit while there. If you speak with him it will be worth it, trust me. Sites are all mulch and I have found that to be awesome even though originally I was concerned. We were there in June and October and both visit were great. The lodge, bathrooms and showers are new and beautiful and very clean. Most sites are quite spacious in my opinion compared to other campgrounds we have visited in Door County. This will be our go to campground! They are adding new amenities all the time and year-round cabins are coming along with more sites. This place will only get better! Thanks Camp Door Team!

This is a gem of door county. Such a nice, quiet campground. Sites are nice and level. Power was good, water pressure good, sewer hookups easy and clean. The sites are pretty large and you are not right up against your neighbor. The fire pits are nice and large and the picnic tables are new. The owners are amazing. Very kind and helpful. The camp store and main building is fantastic. Great selection of merchandise, food, and supplies. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming campground in Door County, just a short 7-minute drive from Sister Bay. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with spotless showers and bathrooms that made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing get-together room, complete with a TV and a cozy drink bar—perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends.

The small shop offering essentials for the fireplace and grilling added a nice touch, making it easy to enjoy those classic outdoor moments. Above all, the owners are truly fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every guest feels right at home.

Huge thank you for creating such lovely memories! We can't wait to return to this special spot in Door County. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, well-equipped, and peaceful place to stay.

Such a Wonderful Stay at Camp Door County!

My family and I just returned from a really great holiday weekend at Camp Door County, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and beautiful the entire campsite was. It's clear the staff works hard to maintain the grounds.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This campsite also felt very kid and family-friendly to us. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Being so close to Sister Bay meant we had endless options for fun activities and great food just a short drive away.

We had such a memorable time and highly recommend Camp Door County to any family looking for a clean, friendly, and perfectly located camping experience. We can't wait to come back!
