Need to make your reservations at the most earliest time. The bathrooms are kept in a clean state and our modern. I will definitely come back to this location.

Pulled in off the road for an overnight stay found a quiet campsite. Talk to the camp host before I found the site. They were very helpful and very willing to talk. The temperature was too hot too really enjoy the park, but everything was clean and well taken care of.

Campsite #12 was great. A little small for a tent but had some extra space on the upper level where we could pitch a tent if we needed.

Nice, shady campsite. The only real complainant would be the bathrooms could be cleaned more often. There were spider webs in the lady's shower

We camped in the equestrian loop for a better sky view. There we got to see a lot of horses and talk with horse owners. This made it special for us.
The vault toilet was convenient and very clean. Access to the showers was a distance from the loop but doable with a bike or the truck. The campground loop (also a horse trail) was a lot of fun and provided easy access to the other camping areas and I assume the reservoir.
Overall, great experience in this area 😊
