We had site 24 next to the playground. It was large and quiet, eventhough it was near the hub of things. The restroom and trails are very nice.

We thought we’d be able to walk on trails to the lake but the lake is not accessible from the campground. Great cheese shop near Spring Valley(around 10 mi from the campground) and the town is nice, although small. Very nice butcher shop there.

A great place for families and travelers to spend time, so well managed with many great sites to camp. I just use the park as a stop over while traveling from South Dakota to Michigan’s upper peninsula. I stay in the equestrian section as my starlink has a clear view. Great Park!

Great campground and even better Hosts. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again. There is hiking out of the campground and all the facilities were clean and in good working order.

Nice quiet campground. Shower facility has 3 showers with small changing space in each. Several places to get potable water. Most shaded areas. Playground for the kids and a small library box to get a book or leave a book.
