Lost Cabin Campground

The campground was very nice and clean. Very quiet. We loved our stay up until the out of state 'Karen' showed up and pitched their tent right next to our generator. They then asked us to turn it off. We explained it would be off during quiet hours, but was necessary to charge the battery to run medical device overnight. They went and complained to the ranger. Long story short, we took the high road and moved the generator over. They then moved their tent to the next campsite over. I will not say that I was not happy there was a big rain storm overnight and they were gone when we got up. Bye, Felicia!

We absolutely loved this campground. You have lots of space and feel like you’re camping alone. This I’ll be our go to campground.

Sites are nicely spread out. Close to roads leading to trailheads.

Beautiful campground!

Nice, Quiet, Clean. Enough space between sites that your neighbors don't bug you. Bathroom was clean. only bad part was the trash cans were locked, so I couldn't throw my trash away on the way out.

This was possibly one of the best campgrounds I have visited, and certainly one of the most beautiful. It was well maintained and quiet. I had absolutely no problem. I really appreciate the state's approach to reserving campsites on line and ahead of time. I also appreciated the open sites being marked. We were able to take advantage of this to obtain an additional site for another guest.

Heidi, the campground host, was very helpful and friendly.

I suggest developing a short ( 2 to 3 mi) hiking trail from the campground.
The campground is a joy to stay at.
