Safety & rules

  • The speed limit throughout the RV Park is 5 mph with no exceptions.
  • Keep noise from radios and TVs low, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

  • Respect the single washroom, which is cleaned daily from Monday to Saturday.
  • Abusing restrooms or stealing supplies will lead to eviction.
  • Dyeing or coloring hair in restrooms is prohibited; appropriate behavior is expected.
  • Alcohol is allowed at campsites but not at the mini golf course.
  • Be discreet with your personal beverages at the restaurant and dispose of cans and bottles properly.
  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in the restaurant and mini golf area; use ash containers for disposal.
  • Fireworks are not allowed, and all firearm laws must be followed; shooting firearms is prohibited.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times while using amenities.
  • All campers must use a surge protector; the park is not liable for damage from power issues.
  • The park is for vacation use only, with a maximum stay of 2 weeks unless otherwise permitted.

Pets

  • Pets must be attended to at all times due to high foot traffic in the park.
  • Do not tie pets to fixed objects or leave them unattended in common areas or outside your unit.
  • Pens or fencing for pets are not allowed, and pets must not bark continuously.

  • Site rental grants access to all park washroom facilities.

Utilities

  • Restrooms are accessible 24 hours, except during cleaning times.

Local regulations

  • All guests must follow campground rules, and campers are responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
  • Subleasing or re-renting of lots or units is prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to enforce rules for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
  • The park is not liable for personal injuries or loss of property.
  • Guests agree to indemnify the park against liabilities or damages arising from personal injury or property damage.
  • Violating the rules will lead to violation notices.
  • The first violation will result in a warning.
  • The second violation will be the last warning.
  • The third violation will lead to eviction and non-renewal of your stay.

Deposit
