We were warmly welcomed and continued to experience great customer service throughout our our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and playing cornhole. My husband and I enjoyed walking by the river and playing horseshoes. We had a full hookup pull through site that was clean. The indoor amenities were also clean and inviting.

We traveled for over 7 days straight and this stop was originally meant to be a place where we could simply rest for 3 nights. (due to weather) BUT We never expected it would become one of the hardest places to say goodbye to.

It was not just the beautiful space, the comfort, or the friendly neighbors. What truly made this stay special was the ownership. The owners were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely cared about every guest staying there. They even recognized us downtown, stopped to have a conversation, and made sure throughout our stay that we were comfortable and enjoying everything. It truly felt like home.

You can tell when owners pour their heart into what they have built, and that absolutely shows here, not only in the property itself, but in the way they treat people. Everything was extremely clean, spacious, and peaceful. Sitting by the river with a coffee and a book quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip.

Thank you again to everyone we met during our stay. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality and will absolutely be returning.

We tried staying here for the winter while working and homeschooling, but unfortunately the management and owners made it difficult to feel comfortable. There’s a strong sense of being watched and frequently monitored, and we were repeatedly reminded of it.

Louis (a manager) was friendly at times, but often used interactions, like giving quarters for laundry, as an opportunity to vent about the owners (Mike and Stacy). Mike, one of the owners, was especially strict and confrontational about rules (particularly pet-related), including threatening eviction if rules weren’t followed. What made it more frustrating was the double standard: he would walk around with his own dog off-leash while emphasizing strict enforcement for everyone else.

Stacy and the other attendant were mostly indifferent and didn’t contribute much to improving the experience or addressing concerns.

The location is convenient and the river can be beautiful, especially when you finally get a quiet moment after a long week. However, the overall environment just wasn’t relaxing. The resort is also right next to the BNSF train line and a Duraline factory that runs 24/7, which creates constant noise and heavy light pollution.

This was our first time living full-time in an RV during winter, and it will likely be our last time at this resort. You live and you learn.

Update:

Before leaving the RV park I had emailed them and voiced my concerns, and was ignored. Now that we are gone, the owners contacted me and tried to give me $200 to delete this Google review (see pictures).

I stayed at River’s Edge for two months and was very pleased with everything. Great area by the river for fishing or dog walking. Grounds, laundry room, and other facilities were clean and well maintained. Hook ups at the site were in good condition. Office staff was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I want to give a huge thank you to Stacy!! We had some original plans that didn’t work out and needed a last minute area to stop. We came across this park and got a hold of Stacy, who was super helpful and incredibly, genuinely nice. We explained our situation and she allowed us to just finish driving and settle up at the office. Anyone who RVs knows that sometimes things just don’t go according to plan, and when you find parks like this and great people like Stacy who can accommodate you in emergency situations, it’s a true lifesaver! When we got there, she looked through the openings she had and gave us some options that allowed us to be a little flexible if we needed to extend. She even got us a spot with one of the best views in the park, right in front of the river in the back. Stacy, thank you again for being so warm and accommodating! You really turned our day around and helped us salvage and enjoy the rest of our evening in Wyoming.

It’s a very beautiful and spacious park with pull throughs. Everyone had a little room and privacy, and ours even had a nice sitting area to really enjoy the river and be outside. The park is also next to a quaint little town that has a lot of amazing restaurants to offer. Even though we were unfortunately just passing through, it would be a wonderful park to spend some extra time at and enjoy all the area has to offer.
