Fremont Lake Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting with clean facilities and helpful campground hosts, making it a favorite destination for many visitors. The campground features spacious, private sites, easy access to the lake, and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and recreation. However, the access road has significant potholes that require attention, and some site descriptions may not accurately reflect their capacity.

Nice campground with no hookups. Beautiful view of the lake with an easy path to access the lake. The campground host was friendly and helpful. She was able to move me to a more suitable site for a 30’ rv than the one I had chosen online. I really appreciated that. The campground was well maintained and clean. Even though it was very busy, the campsites were spaced further apart so I didn’t feel crowded. I would definitely recommend the campground, but would hope they would fix the road into the campground.

Fremont lake is always a great experience. Enjoy bike rides, kayaking, swimming (late year unless you have a wet suit or are a polar bear) fishing, boating, hiking or just peace and quiet. Easy to get to, with the town of Pinedale only a few miles away. Great campground amenities, host are welcoming. There are bears. Not the cuddly type, so be mindful and follow safety precautions.
